Shipping Info: Mireia Records delivers anywhere in the world, with the exception of post box addresses. All products are subject to availability. In case the product is sold out Mireia Records will refund the payment by Papal within four (4) days. All products are shipped from Hamburg, Germany by DPD/Hermes or UPS with tracking number. Delivery costs are subject to delivery destination and number of products.
Return Policy: The customer shall have fourteen (14) days within which to return or exchange at his/her own cost, any product ordered by the customer. Beyond that time limit refunds and exchanges are not accepted. All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging (sealed), neither worn nor washed (apparel), to the following address: Mireia Records, Grädener Straße 4, 20257 Hamburg, Germany, enclosing the initial invoice. It shall be the customer’s responsibility to retain all proof of return; this implies returning his/her order by registered mail, or any loss will be at his responsibility. If the above stated conditions are fulfilled, Mireia Records shall refund the customer for the total amount of his/her order, within fifteen (15) days of receiving the product, except for the cost of returning which shall be borne by the customer.
